Brazilian-born and NYC trained, he is an epicurean virtuoso whose sophisticated world class cuisine is well-loved by his clients. He’s also a life-long health and fitness advocate who believes eating well is a balance of exceptional taste and intentional ingredients. When he couldn’t find baked goods that brought irresistible taste and smart nutrition together, he took his A-game into the kitchen and got to work.
